Our beautifully appointed Hospitality Suite is available to guests aged 65+ for short-term stays up to 90 days in duration. Get to know us & explore Salt Spring Island! This fully furnished 2 bedroom suite boasts a private entrance and private garden patio for your enjoyment.
As with every suite at Heritage Place, our Hospitality Suite is at ground level and incorporates extra-wide doorways, affording easy access for those using mobility aids. Your kitchenette is fully equipped with a compact refrigerator, sink & cabinets, and for your added convenience - a microwave, toaster & kettle are provided. Your bathroom features a seated shower, multiple grab-bars, and shower heads that can be used from either a seated or standing position. There are lots of windows to enjoy the view, and we made sure you have plenty of light.
Cable television, in-suite telephone, laundry facilities and on-site mail pick-up and delivery are provided; as are weekly cleaning of your private suite & weekly linen laundry service. For your added security - Lifeline emergency call & Medical Vial of Life systems are also included.
Throughout your stay with us, you will be treated to delicious home-cooked evening meals - made from scratch daily using fresh, quality ingredients. Menus are set on a minimum 6 week rotation, so you are guaranteed plenty of variety. Plus, a vegetarian protein alternate is available at every meal.

Second Occupant: $25 per night

In consideration of our guests with allergies, pets are not permitted in the Hospitality Suite.
Visitors must meet 65+ age requirement and are welcome to stay for up to 90 days.
Friends & family of Heritage Place residents are exempt from the age requirement.
Length of stay for resident friends & family is subject to regular Resident Guest Policy guidelines.
Stays less than 30 days in duration are subject to HST.
