Heritage Place

Your home, for life...

    Heritage Place offers a supportive living environment for mature adults aged 65 and older. Couples are welcome, and only one partner must meet the age requirement.

    Heritage Place is dedicated to honoring your health, safety, dignity and autonomy as you age. As part of your decision to make Heritage Place your home, we require that a Medical Questionnaire be completed by your physician. Your doctor may work with you and your family/friends to determine the level of support services you require, in order to ensure that your daily care needs are met. Information gathered in this assessment also becomes part of your Lifeline & Medical Vial of Life services & can be a literal life-saver in the event that you are personally unable to communicate vital information in an emergency.

    As a resident of Heritage Place, you remain responsible for providing your own home support & medical care as your needs increase. Many of our residents contract home support from providers in the community to assist them with their daily needs. Others receive assistance from friends, family and volunteers in the community. Should you ever reach a point where 24 hour care becomes necessary, a live-in caregiver may be considered for residency.

    At Heritage Place, we recognize the value of being able to remain in your home as you age. We value clear, consistent communication as our management and staff develop working partnerships with you and your support network. We reserve the right to end a tenancy should we determine that it is no longer safe for you to remain in your home with us, however this is very rarely the case.

    Our commitment is to work with you to ensure that you are able to remain at home at Heritage Place.
